WhatsApp outreach sends per day (IST), grouped by delivery status from Meta webhooks. Note: sends rejected by the API (e.g. bad number) never reach the store, so "Failed" only covers Meta-reported failures.

Set the env vars in Vercel → Project → Settings → Environment Variables, then redeploy. Values are never shown here.

WhatsApp: free-form text works inside an open 24h window or to sandbox-joined numbers; cold outreach needs a Meta-approved template.

The Android SMS gateway was removed on 16 Oct 2026. Past SMS chats are kept here for reference; no new SMS can be sent or received through it.

Gym data auto-loads on first open. Re-import anytime with POST /api/gym-sites while logged in (see README).

Sends the Telugu + English messages (SMS/WhatsApp) or a voice call to the first N gyms in the queue. Real sends spend Twilio credit — watch the balance.

Calls are dialed by the Voice Caller app on your phone (your SIM inside). The recording plays, then: press 1 = interested → demo link goes on WhatsApp automatically · press 2 = never call again (permanent blocklist) · press 3 = AI conversation (Phase 2).

Numbers on the blocklist (pressed 2) are skipped automatically. Calls with no answer / no key press / failure are retried per your ⚙️ Calling Settings below. Calls only go out inside the set calling hours. Keep daily volume sensible for a personal SIM.

Calls only go out between the start and stop time (IST) — queued calls simply wait outside those hours. Reattempts re-call numbers that didn't answer or engage; turn them off any time.

Permanent blocklist — these numbers are skipped when enqueueing, so they are never re-added by mistake.

Stage-1 callers who pressed 1 (interested, no website yet). Build + deploy their site, then POST voice-build-done with phone + slug — the server sends the WhatsApp demo link and queues the "website is ready" call automatically.

Every deployed demo site (₹5,000). Unpaid sites expire automatically 7 days after deploy — mark them Paid when the customer pays. Expired sites get an expiry notice on the live page at the next deploy. Promo videos (₹299 add-on) post to your connected channels below and their links appear on each site's row (▶YT / ▶IG).

The AI calls each lead, pitches the ₹5,000 website offer, clears doubts and closes the deal — starting in Telugu, switching to Hindi/English when the caller does. Calls only go out 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST, max 50/day. WhatsApp follow-up stays off until the WhatsApp Business bill is paid.
